We at CCTAL are pleased to welcome Korbuild to our growing construction network.

Established in 2004, Korbuild is a Pontypridd based construction contractor specialising in commercial building and refurbishment projects. The company delivers a wide range of services including new build construction, interior fit outs, façade systems, and specialist solutions such as acoustic treatments and fire protection systems.

Operating across the UK, Korbuild provides a full-service approach, supporting projects from initial planning and design through to completion. Their work spans a variety of sectors including education, transport, public sector, and commercial buildings. This includes projects such as university facilities, bus stations, police headquarters, and cultural and arts venues, alongside specialist packages delivered as part of larger construction schemes.

Korbuild is recognised for its focus on quality, reliability, and attention to detail. The team places strong emphasis on communication and collaboration throughout each project, working closely with clients, designers, and delivery teams to ensure requirements are met and standards are maintained. A flexible, solution-focused approach also allows them to adapt to the specific demands of each project while delivering tailored construction solutions that add value.

Within the team, Maddie Rae Evans, Social Value Advisor, plays a key role in ensuring projects contribute positively to the communities in which they are delivered. Her work includes supporting local employment, engaging with community groups, and driving social value and sustainability initiatives across projects. Sarah Bunt, Finance Director, oversees financial management and strategy, including budgeting, planning, and controls that supports both successful project delivery and the long-term growth of the business.

Korbuild decided to join our network to reinforce its commitment to quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the construction industry. Our membership enables them to align with recognised best practice, stay informed on industry developments, and continue delivering consistently high standards across their projects.

A key focus of their involvement in our network is developing stronger links with local colleges to help respond to evolving industry training needs, whilst supporting apprentices and trainees in the Carmarthen area to build sustainable careers. The company is also working more closely with local community groups to identify areas where support is needed and to enhance the social value delivered alongside their construction activity.

Korbuild is currently delivering a major project in Llandeilo, involving the construction of five new energy efficient industrial units designed to support local business growth and strengthen the local economy. These modern, flexible spaces are intended for SME occupiers and have been developed with net zero considerations in mind, reflecting current and future industry standards.

Throughout the project, the team is working closely with partners to ensure efficient delivery, high quality construction, and careful coordination at every stage, while also focusing on minimising disruption and supporting the local community during the build.
