Introducing Harad Electrical Ltd to the CCTAL Network

We are delighted to introduce Harad Electrical Ltd as the latest business to join our network.

Founded by Sion Williams, Harad Electrical provides a range of domestic and commercial electrical services across a variety of sectors. Alongside general electrical work, the company also specialises in EV charging installations and heat pump systems, supporting both traditional and renewable solutions for clients.

The business works across a broad range of projects including new builds, domestic retrofit works, agricultural projects, and renewable installations. This varied experience allows the team to adapt to different project requirements while delivering practical solutions tailored to each client.

Harad Electrical has built its approach around organisation, communication, and reliability. The team places strong emphasis on punctuality and ensuring clients remain informed throughout projects, while always keeping individual requirements and priorities at the centre of the work they deliver. Another key part of the business is its bilingual team, with all staff able to communicate in both Welsh and English, helping provide a more accessible and personal service for clients and communities across the region.

Sion, Founder and Qualified Supervisor of the company, also has a strong connection to the apprenticeship pathway. As a former Cyfle shared apprentice, Sion began his journey in 2013 before qualifying in 2015 and going on to establish S Williams Electrical, now Harad Electrical, just two years later.

Since then, the company has continued investing in the next generation of industry talent and is currently supporting its third apprentice. This ongoing commitment reflects the value Sion places on training, development, and creating opportunities for those entering the construction and electrical industries.

Harad Electrical decided to join our network to continue raising the profile of the business both within local communities and further afield, while also building relationships with other companies across the industry. Through our network, the team is looking forward to connecting with businesses, strengthening partnerships, and continuing to grow.
